In addition, for users who use the Windows operating system, Microsoft frequently updates and reconfigures their Windows XP system  which can affect the installation and play of software titles.

The CD-ROMs we manufacture meet the compatibility requirements printed on the packaging. Some customers do have trouble operating their purchased CD-ROMs on their home PCs and for them we offer free technical support remedies to resolve the problem.

RIGHT click once in an open area of your desktop where there are no other icons
Choose Properties from the menu that appears
In the Display Property Dialog box click on the Settings Tab

Defective disks are rare in software, most tech issues can be resolved by our Tech Support staff. If our Technician determines there is a problem with the disk itself you will receive instructions via email for a replacement disk.
