ISSUE:

Program freezes, drops to desktop or buttons don’t respond.

RESOLUTION:
This could be due to other programs running in the background, or insufficient free resources.

Try re-installing the program again as follows (Windows 95/98/Me/XP only):

Remove the program via ‘Add/Remove Programs’ in ‘Control Panel’

Go to Start | Run, type in MSCONFIG and click on OK

You will then be presented with the System Configuration Utility

Click on the General tab at the top of the window

Click on ‘Selective Startup’ and untick ‘Load Startup items’..

Click on Apply and then Close

Select to Restart the computer. Once windows has restarted it is running solely on its own with no other programs running that could cause a conflict.

You’ll receive a ‘System Configuration Warning’ box. Just click on OK. Don’t select ‘Don’t show this message…’

You will now see the System Configuration Utility screen again. Tick ‘Normal Startup’, Apply and Close.

Click on ‘Exit Without Restarting’

Try installing the program again manually. With the CD in the drive go to Start | Run, type in or Browse to D:\setup.exe and click on OK (change the D for your CD drive letter if different).
